Deleting the account removes, immediately and permanently: your sign-in (mobile number or email), the record of your phone, and every chapter converted for you, including the digital editions you paid for. Nothing is kept afterwards except the payment records we are required to keep for tax purposes and an anonymised activity log in which your sign-in is replaced by “deleted account”.
Open My books, tap the menu at the top right and choose Delete account…, then confirm.
Sign in with the same number or email, scroll to Your account at the bottom of My books and use Delete my account.
Write to [email protected] from any address, naming the number or email the account was made with; we will verify and delete it within seven days.
